Hi. I have veen given a QR code for 4 passes from my afent but when i try to scan it on the app or add it manually it won't accept it. Do i take this QR code to the actual park to be issued with the passes to link to the app? Thanks

    Hi there, John!

A warm welcome to planDisney and thank you for coming to us with your question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort holiday. It looks like you're due to arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth tomorrow - how exciting! You'll be among the last Guests with the opportunity to experience the incredible Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration, so be sure to check out the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection and limited-time nighttime spectaculars like Harmonious and Disney Enchantment while you still have the chance.

John, your enchanting visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just around the Riverbend, so let's get your theme park ticket linking issue resolved so that you can start enjoying the theme parks! I'm glad to hear that you've already downloaded the My Disney Experience mobile app - I think you'll find it to be a convenient resource during your time at the Walt Disney World Resort. In the mobile app, you should be able to link theme park admission by scanning the QR code with your device's camera. If you're experiencing difficulties with this linking process, I encourage you to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the Technical & Website Support phone line for assistance. Alternatively, if you're already on-site, I highly recommend visiting a Guest Relations location or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs for help. Also, don't forget that in order to visit any Walt Disney World Resort theme park, valid theme park reservations are also required. As soon as you've linked your theme park admission, be sure to make theme park reservations for the theme parks you hope to visit on each day of your holiday! I encourage you to work closely with your travel agent to ensure that you have the appropriate admission entitlements during your visit.

I hope that you have found this information useful, John. I'm wishing you an unforgettable Walt Disney World Resort holiday! If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by planDisney again anytime - we're here to help you make the most of your experience at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    The magic is calling,

    Lauren
