First, I suggest signing out of your
My Disney Experience mobile app, making sure your app is up to date, then signing back in. Sometimes our phones just need a quick refresh!
Next, within the app, head to the “Tickets and Passes” section by selecting the three lines in the bottom right corner. In this section, scroll to confirm that your party’s tickets are still linked. You should see different colors for each ticket. If your tickets somehow became unlinked, you simply want to re-link them by re-entering your confirmation number.
If your tickets are still within the app, try going back into
Disney MagicMobile Service and re-adding your ticket to your digital wallet. Before you do, confirm that you created a Pass for yourself, yours would be separate from your girlfriend’s. If you only see one Pass under “Your Passes”, simply create a new one by selecting the plus button in the upper right corner.
If you’ve gone through all these steps and you’re still not able to add the Pass, I suggest getting help from Guest Relations once you arrive on property. As long as you have your tickets and
Disney Park Passes already linked, it should be a super easy fix if you go to a
Guest Relations Cast Member when you arrive!
