What are the various types of transportation from disney resorts to the parks such as I read Port Orleans takes a boat to Magic Kingdom??

Hi Suzanne - There are four modes of transportation - monorail, bus, boat, or walking.  The value resorts are serviced by buses to all four of the parks, as are the moderate resorts.  However, you can take a boat from the two Port Orleans resorts to Downtown Disney.

The deluxe resorts are all different.  You'll be able to take a monorail to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot if you stay at the Contemporary, Polynesian, and Grand Floridian.  The other resorts are all different depending on the specific resort.

    I hope that helps!
