We are from Vancouver and looking for a 5-7 day cruise in 2026 for our family of 4 (2 kids ages 4 and 7). We are open to destination, but prefer departure and/or arrival from Vancouver. Looking for the entire Disney experience and ocean view.

    Ahoy, Melissa!

My husband and I had the joy of sailing out of Vancouver recently, and wow! What a gorgeous city with a wonderfully smooth, guest-friendly cruise port. It’s the perfect place to start a magical voyage.

For 2026, sailings from Vancouver will head in two delightful directions: round-trip adventures to Alaska or one-way voyages to San Diego. The Alaska itineraries are either 5 or 7-night journeys that return you to Vancouver and serve up glacier-kissed scenery, wildlife spotting, and shore excursions that feel straight out of a storybook. The San Diego sailings are  4 or 5 nights and are all sea days. This makes them ideal for exploring every nook of the Disney Wonder or Disney Magic, catching shows, savoring specialty treats, and soaking in that ocean horizon.

Your first decision is which kind of magic you’re craving: snowy peaks and fjords or a sunny Southern California finale. Once you’ve chosen your direction, check the Disney Cruise Line website for dates that fit your plans. Since you’re dreaming of ocean views, I highly recommend a verandah stateroom. These rooms include your own private balcony, and there is nowhere better to enjoy that first cup of coffee than just outside your room, watching the sea shimmer or the mountains wake up.

    “Sea” ya real soon!
