    When is the value season?

    Hi Debbie!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

When planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, there are a lot of things to consider: When to go? Where to stay? Drive or fly? What tickets should I purchase?

If saving money is one of your considerations, you'll want to take a look at which dates have value season rates. Most value season dates can be found when U.S. schools are in session, and typically not during the summer months.

In the upcoming months, there are value season rates offered the last two weeks of August, on weekdays in September, and select days in October and November. You can usually find value season rates in early January as well.

An easy way to check when value season rates are offered is to visit the Theme Park Tickets page on the Walt Disney World Resort website and look at the prices on the one-day ticket calendar. You'll be able to see the difference between Value, Regular and Peak Season pricing.

I hope this helps answer your question. Please let us know if you have further questions as you plan your next Walt Disney World vacation! Have a magical day - Diane W.
