Do the value resorts (pop century etc.) have suites?

The All Star Music value resort has suites. This is the only value resort with suite accommodations at WDW.

I recently visited the All Star Music resort, including a tour of a suite room.

I wasn't expecting much but found them quite impressive. I think families looking for more space than a standard room provides will be quite comfortable in one of these Family Suites. There is a welcoming 540 sq. feet of space.

When you enter the suite, you are in the living room area. You'll find a cozy room with a sofa, chair, ottoman, tv armoire and table with chairs. Both the sofa and chair convert to sleeping beds. The chair's ottoman also converts to a small cot. So you can get three people sleeping in the living room area!

The bedroom contains a queen size bed. This suite accommodates 6 people plus one child in a crib. The bedroom has a nice sitting chair, tv armoire and desk. It's a cozy hideaway for tired parents.

Both bathrooms have vanity sinks outside of the shower/tub/toilet area and the vanity areas can be closed off with a curtain. There is a small kitchen nook with microwave, sink, coffee maker and small fridge.

All of the furnishings are simple and no frills which is fine at this value resort. The suites rack rate prices as of April 2008 began at $184 and go up in rate during holidays and peak seasons.

With approximately 200 suites available, families will find the All Star Music suites a fabulous option for their lodging needs.

Also note that some of these suites connect to a regular standard room. None of the suites connect to an additional suite. I made sure to ask!
