Do any of the value resorts still offer one bedroom family suites, for average families that are not disney club members????

    Hello, Aurora!

Thanks so much for sending your question to Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so glad that you asked!

Are there one-bedroom family suites at Walt Disney World's Value Resort Hotels? Yes!

Disney's All-Star Music Resort accommodations include the option of Family Suites. These Suites sleep up to 6 adults, and feature a Queen Bed in the bedroom, a Twin-Size Sleeper Chair (very generous in size), a Double-Size Sleeper Sofa, and a Twin-Size Sleeper Ottoman. Perks here include a second TV (helpful when folks want to relax at the end of a fun-filled park day, but can't agree on what to watch), as well as a kitchenette that, in addition to the usual mini-fridge, includes a microwave, small sink, and coffee maker. I stay at Disney's All-Star Music once a year, and love everything about it; a Family Suite is sure to hit all the right notes! :-)

Of course,  Disney's Art of Animation Resort specializes in Family Suites, offering three different themes: The Lion King; Cars; and Finding Nemo. While this resort features non-suite rooms with adorable Little Mermaid theming, the Family Suites truly steal the show. Some bonuses of booking a Family Suite at this resort include not only a separate sleeping area, but also TWO full bathrooms. (Game changer for my gang.) Also accommodating 6 adults though a Queen Bed in that separate sleeping area (yes, with that coveted second TV), a Double-Size Table Bed, and a Double-Size Sleeper Sofa, these Suites also feature a kitchenette with all of the above-mentioned All-Star Music Family Suite amenities PLUS table seating for four. Believe it or not, I think that the Quick Service dining location Landscape of Flavors is one of the best on property, and the theming throughout this resort is truly spectacular.

As you look for the best options for your upcoming family trip to Walt Disney World, be sure to send us your questions, Aurora. We'll help you find that fit that is perfect for you!
