Do any of the value resorts come with a mini refrigerator? Have read comments about additional daily charges and also that they come standard now...which is it and if charged what is the current rate? If it is for a medical reason, do they ask for proof?

    Hey Jennifer-

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your questions is fantastic. We have a family member who is diabetic and needs insulin refrigerated. Fortunately, Walt Disney World Resort has the best customer service and they know the needs of their Guests.

All Walt Disney World Resort hotels have a complimentary mini-fridge in the room as of a few of years ago. This is a perfect way to store leftovers, soft drinks and medicine.

Disney Dad Tip: There are many mini-fridge sized foods you may purchase at each hotel to stock up in preparation for a day in the theme parks. Personally, we love using the mini-fridge to store the huge desserts we have left over after dining at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants. Ask your server for a “To-Go” box and enjoy the sweet treat on another day.

Jennifer, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
