Hello Andrea!
At Walt Disney World, the
Value Resort Hotels are a great budget friendly option. I've stayed at every value level hotel and have had a fantastic time at each one.
Walt Disney World provides great amenities to Guests staying on property and one of my favorites is the complimentary transportation to and from the parks. Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's Art of Animation Resort have their own individual bus lines and won’t stop at any other resort to and from the parks. Disney's All-Star Movies, Disney's All-Star Sports and Disney's All-Star Music do occasionally share buses depending on the time of year. If the parks are crowded, typically the All-Star Resorts will have their own bus line but if you are visiting during the off season, you can generally expect to share. Of course, this is always subject to change so it's best to check with a Cast Member when you check in to your resort. Another great mode of transportation to keep in mind is the all new
Disney Skyliner which is set to open in the fall of 2019. This gondola style transportation system will run between Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Riviera Resorts and two value resorts - Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The Disney Skyliner will connect Guests to Disney's Hollywood Studios and the International Gateway at Epcot from these resorts. I am so looking forward to trying the gondolas out this fall!
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.
