Which value resort would you recommend? All Star Movies or Pop? Traveling with DH and 2 DD (both age 4). Also, we will be using Disney transportation. Is it worth the extra money to stay in a preferred room at either resort? Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer!

Well, you have picked my two favorite value resorts!  While I have so many great memories at All-Star Movies, I have to go with Pop Century as my favorite.  Don't get me wrong, Movies is themed to the hilt and my kids absolutely adore it.  However, Pop is the newest of the value resorts and the transportation is sooo much better.  The guests staying at one of the three All Star Resorts are often forced to share busses - not very much fun standing on a bus!

Pop Century is quite large and your little princesses may get a little tired walking to their room each night, if it is one of the farther out locations.  The preferred areas in both Movies and Pop are just a hop, skip and a jump from the food court, main pool and busses.  With two little ones, you may want to consider paying the difference for a preferred room.  Honestly though, you can't go wrong with either location!

    Much pixie dust,
