Magic Key pass holder! I hope you're enjoying your year of magic, perks, and
discounts. If you're not yet following the official
Disneyland Magic Key blog, I recommend it. That's where I find out about all the Magic Key updates and exclusives coming to the parks. It's a great resource.
I'm sorry you're experiencing some difficulties with the
Disneyland mobile app. If your Magic Key isn't expired, it should show in the app. Sometimes a technical glitch will make them disappear, however. It's easy enough to fix, thankfully, which I suspect you've figured out if this has happened to you more than once.
In case you need a reminder of how to get it to appear again, you simply need to relink it. Locate your e-mail confirming the purchase of your Magic Key. That initial e-mail will contain a barcode which you can scan in the mobile app to relink the Key. To do this, click on the three-bar menu at the bottom of the app, select "Tickets and Passes," and click the "+" to bring up the option to "Link Tickets & Passes." You'll be given the option to scan the barcode of your Magic Key, and once you do, it should show in the app again.
