You’ll definitely want to make sure that you have valid admission before the
clock strikes midnight before your trip, Chloe! When you have valid admission, you’ll be able to make your necessary
Park Pass Reservations, dining reservations, purchase
Disney Genie+ and so much more! You can check your
My Disney Experience Mobile App under the “Tickets and Passes” option (found under the three lines icon at the bottom righthand corner of the screen) to see if you already have valid admission! If you have previously purchased valid admission, you can link your tickets by selecting the blue “+” button at the top of the “Tickets and Passes” page. You can also “Select Tickets” to purchase from the app!
Once your tickets are purchased and linked, you’ll be ready to go to the
ball, Chloe! If you find that you are still having troubles with your admission, please call a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-7679! They’ll be able to make sure you won’t turn into a
pumpkin before your vacation!
