What do they have going on for Valentine’s Day?

    Welcome to planDisney, Mouseketeer!

Valentine’s Day has a special place in my heart for many reasons, but being able to celebrate it at Walt Disney World is the cherry on top. It’s the perfect backdrop to a romantic weekend of XOXOs (hugs and kisses). I hope to visit around this time, too, so let’s look at what’s in store at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

While there isn’t a full-blown event like Disneyland’s Sweethearts’ Nite, there are still many romantic and fun things to do at Disney World to get in the holiday spirit. First, you have to experience the Festival of the Arts, which is at EPCOT until February 23, 2026. Strolling with your bae or friends while looking at the art pieces and tasting art-inspired foods is such a good time. I highly recommend booking a dining package for a dinner and a Broadway show. Le Cellier Steakhouse in France and Shiki Sai in Japan both have great atmospheres.

If you’re a foodie like I am, be on the lookout for a possible Disney Eats Foodie Guide. I haven’t seen anything released for 2026 yet, but it could be on the horizon. I also have some suggestions about where to dine with your honey:

-Toledo and Dahlia Lounge atop the Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs
-California Grill at the Contemporary hotel
-Narcoossee’s or Victoria & Albert’s at the Grand Floridian hotel
    -GEO-82 adults-only lounge in EPCOT
    -Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge

As soon as Valentine’s Day merchandise was available I grabbed so much of it, including a pair of pink and red Minnie ears that I can’t wait to wear around the parks. You should be able to find themed merch throughout the theme park shops and especially at the World of Disney store at Disney Springs.

AN EXTRA GEM: Check out the video attached to this answer where my buddies Lizzie and Tiffany share their must-dos for an adults-only getaway. Looking for something outside of the theme parks? Consider going on a private fireworks cruise, taking a horse-drawn carriage at a Resort hotel, or enjoying a massage

I hope that Cupid’s arrow hits you at Disney World next month, friend! In the meantime, if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit, reach out to us here at planDisney

    Magic always,
