Are there vacuums in the Cabins at Fort Wilderness & if there are, can they be used to remove the air out of the Space saver bags?

    Hi Dorothy,

There are vacuums in the Fort Wilderness Cabins  They are, however, uprights, and I don't remember them having the hose attachment that would allow you to connect it to a Space Saver bag. I think if you ask Mousekeeping, they can supply you with a vacuum cleaner to use for that purpose.  They do make Space Saver bags that don't need a vacuum.  You just roll the air out and then seal the bag.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
