    i have a vaction package for halloween that i need to cancel

    Welcome to planDisney! We are so glad you decided to stop by! 

    Canceling a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package is pretty straightforward! For one reason, or another, we all find ourselves falling down the rabbit hole and in need of modifying or canceling our adventures. 

    Here’s what I’ve done to cancel upcoming vacation reservations:
    -Sign into your My Disney Experience account
    -Click on “My Disney Experience” in the righthand corner of your screen
    -Toggle down and select “My Plans”
    -Select ”Show Details” under your vacation package information
    -Select “Cancel Reservation” 

    If your specific Walt Disney World Resort vacation package is eligible for online cancelation, the above instructions should work to get you moving forward! If your vacation package is not eligible to be canceled online, you will need to call Disney’s Guest Services in order to cancel. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable! It’s very easy to work with Guest Services! In fact, it is my preferred way of modifying and canceling reservations!
