What vaccinations are required for pets and what does the proof look like

    Hello Catherine,

It sounds like you are planning to bring a furry friend along on your Walt Disney World vacation. Currently, four of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels allows dogs in guest's rooms:  Disney's Art of Animation, Disney's Port Orleans Resort- Riverside, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, and The Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort

Walt Disney World Resort expects dogs to have up-to-date vaccinations that include distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus, and bordetella.  The proof of vaccinations is typically a form signed by your veterinarian. It is likely that your cuddly canine already has these. A quick call to your vet should help make sure that everything is in order before you depart.

I hope this helps with your planning.

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
