Disney's flexible booking policies, and given
the current situation, I am quite pleased with how Guests' needs are being met at every turn. My family has had to reschedule a few visits, and every Cast Member with whom I have spoken since March has been understanding and helpful. Jessica, after canceling your vacations, the refund should be issued within a few business days. If a week has passed and you don't see the funds, I recommend calling Disney to confirm everything was processed correctly. Keep in mind that funds will be returned to the original payment method used to book the vacation package.

tickets only available to Floridians. I suggest following the
