Hey William!
Welcome Home and welcome to
planDisney!
I see you're planning an enchanting trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth! You’re going to love Walt Disney’s original vision and dream that is Disneyland Park. You’ll walk the same streets he did and experience the Magic he wanted for families to enjoy together. I never leave the park without walking by Walt’s apartment above the Main Street Firehouse. The light in the apartment still shines bright every night as inspiration and remembering how Walt used to look out the window and see all the families filled with joy and laughter.
One of the best things about being a Disney Vacation Club Member is the flexibility and
perks that come along with it. Not only can you use your vacation points at Disney Vacation Club Resorts, you can also use them at resorts around the world.
Vacations points can be converted to reservation points that could then be used in the
Disney Collection of resorts. The
Disneyland Hotel is indeed part of the Disney Collection and rooms start at 35 points per night. In order to be able to book from the Disney Collection, Disney Vacation Club Members must be a blue card holder either by purchasing directly from Disney with the required amount of points at the time, or purchasing before March 21, 2011. Also, keep in mind that the Disneyland Hotel is currently closed and will open at a later date so you would have to wait to book at a later time.
Well William, we can’t wait to welcome you here on the West Coast. If anything else comes up before your trip please let us know.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
