    Vacationing with kids with multiple food allergies: 1. Did you speak with the chef over the phone or at each restaurant before dining? 2. How cautious and attentive is the staff? 3. How do I select the best (safest) quick serve dining locations?

    Hi Steven! Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I have, personally, been overjoyed by how attentive the Cast Members are at accommodating Guests with special dietary requests. Everyone is wonderful and they go above and beyond to offer allergy-friendly menu options! 

    Because you are vacationing with kiddos with multiple food allergies, I would suggest you contact Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com after you have booked your dining reservations and at least 14 days prior to your vacation. They will be able to assist you with information about menu items and provide guidance at both table and quick-service restaurants.

    When you arrive at each restaurant, be sure to speak with your server or special-diets trained Cast Member and remind/inform them about all of the allergies. They will let you know which options to avoid and suggest substitutions when available.
