    Hi Roni,

How exciting that you will be coming to Walt Disney World in a couple of weeks!   Since your son has Type 1 Diabetes, he will qualify for a Guest Assistance Card.  It will be helpful if you were to obtain a note from his Doctor stating why he will need assistance especially if he needs to wait in long lines in the hot sun.  You will need to go to Guest Relations at the theme park you are at and talk with the Cast Member there to get your card for him.  He will need to be with you at the time.  I would encourage you to bring high protein snacks and water with you in the park and carry it in a small backpack to ensure you will always have a snack or hydration for him.  Take it slow in the hot weather as well.  I know your vacation will be magical, Roni!
