Hi, LaDonna!
Congratulations on your upcoming anniversary cruise aboard the Disney Wonder! My husband and I celebrated our 20th on a Disney Cruise to Alaska this summer, and it was such a special way to commemorate it with our children beside us.
I have a couple of ideas about surprising your honey on board. You can always order something special for him online at the
DisneyCruise.com Planning Center and have it waiting for him when you arrive in your stateroom. I also recommend booking a combination spa experience and Palo brunch on a day you're at sea, too. Nothing relaxes the two of us more than booking a massage and then relaxing in the amenities of the Rainforest Room. Combine that with a tummy-pleasing brunch at Palo, and it just may be one of the highlights of your voyage.
For your "big kids," they are old enough to enjoy the amenities that all adults do aboard the Disney Wonder -- including the Quiet Cove Pool, spa experiences, adult-only Port Adventures, fitness center and nightclubs and bars. However, your 19-year-old is not old enough to consume alcohol. In addition, have your guys pay attention to the daily Personal Navigator (newsletter/schedule) which is delivered to each stateroom in the evenings. More than likely, there will be chances for this age group to meet up for lunch, time in the clubs, parties, games and activities throughout the ship.
I hope I've helped navigate you in the right direction for planning your vacation. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
Andi
