Hi Moms! Our vacation is September 10th-18th this year. I just noticed Wishes is not scheduled at MK; instead, it is Mickey's Halloween Party. Do we really have to buy additional tickets to stay in the park later for this event and see the fireworks?

    Welcome back, Amber!

Each night of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the skies are illuminated with a special fireworks spectacular. If you plan attend the party and watch Happy HalloWishes Fireworks from inside the Magic Kingdom, then you will need to purchase a party ticket. However, you are welcome to view this fantastic display from one of the nearby Disney Resort hotels. Disney's Contemporary Resort has an observation deck on the fourth floor, or you can make an advanced dining reservation at California Grill and view the display while you enjoy a late dinner. Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa both have boat dock viewing areas that offer a perfect view from across the Seven Seas Lagoon. Although many Guests love seeing Wishes! from inside the park, I find that the views outside the Magic Kingdom are just as magical and do not require an additional ticket purchase!

I hope this helps with your planning, Amber! Please visit us again soon!
