Hi Denise,
Welcome to planDisney! We are delighted to have you stopping by to ask a question!
Here, at the panel, we can respond to a variety of questions to help you plan a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. We also have
Cast Members that you can contact to get assistance with planning over the phone. If, however, you want someone to actually do all of the planning for you, you may want to enlist the services of a travel agent.
To get started, I suggest that you look over the
Disney Resorts Collection. Consider the amenities you would like in a resort hotel. My family loves resort hotels with multiple
dining and
transportation options. Once you pick a resort hotel, check the pricing by going to the
vacation package link and clicking on Book your Walt Disney World Vacation today. You will also have to select the
type of theme park tickets and number of theme park ticket days.
Once you book a vacation package, be sure that you have created a My Disney Experience account and linked your vacation package in that account. To link it, log into
My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. Once you have your vacation package linked in My Disney Experience, you should then be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. After you make those park pass reservations, you can continue planning. Currently, the
advanced dining reservation window is 60-days prior to arrival, so remember to make dining reservations at that time!
Denise, the great news is that once your vacation package, park pass reservations, and dining reservations are linked in My Disney Experience, you can go to My Plans to review your plans. I always create a separate chart with all of our plans including flight information, but use My Disney Experience to make new plans or modify existing ones. Looking at the time of year you are going, I hope you get to see the
Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
