Hi we have a vacation planned for 6/21-6/27 my question is if our check out time is at 11am and our plane leaves at 5pm is there a way that we can still do some visiting to the parks and store our bags somewhere

Yes absolutely. You are welcome to leave your bags with the bell services desk at your hotel. They will give you a receipt and store them in a secure area for you. You can then leave to enjoy the parks one last time before you return home. A few hours before flight time, just return to the hotel to collect your bags and then you can be off to the airport. If you're taking Disney's Magical Express to the airport, you'll need to double check what time the bus will be there to collect you.

Another alternative I have for you is Resort Airline Check-In. Depending on your airline, you may actually be able to check your bags for your flight right at your WDW resort. If you choose to do this, you could check your bags in the morning and then head to the parks. (If you have a small carry-on bag, you could store this in a locker at one of the theme parks.) Since your luggage has already been sent to the airport, there is no need for you to return to the hotel to pick up your bags. You could take a taxi or your rental car directly from the theme park to the airport. However, you should be aware that if you are taking Magic Express, you will need to do this from your resort.

You can read more about Magical Express and Airline Resort Check-In, which you can do either separately or together, HERE.
