We have a vacation planned November 10th, my husband was already approved for the time off of work. Now his company is saying no vacations at that time. I already have resort reservations and park tickets. Can someone else in the family use his tickets?

Hi Jennifer and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

It's no fun at all when your plans have to change at the last minute. I do have good news for you, though! As long as your husband's ticket has not been used it can be reassigned to someone else. When you open the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone, under the "Park Info & Entry" heading you will see "My Tickets." Once you click on "My Tickets" you will see all of the tickets associated with you and your connected Family & Friends. Swipe through the tickets until you see your husband's ticket. Underneath the right-hand corner of the ticket, you will see the word "Reassign" in blue. Click on "Reassign" and you will be able to assign your husband's ticket to someone else in your traveling party.

I have had to reassign tickets within my group of Family & Friends several times. The process was much easier than I expected it to be! However, if you have any technical problems while reassigning the ticket, you can call (407) 939- 4357.

Jennifer, thank you for visiting us with your question! Please let us know if we can help you with any other planning questions!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
