Welcome, Corey!
Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney. I see that your trip to Walt Disney World is coming up very soon. I can feel the excitement and anticipation from here. February is a great time to visit. The temperatures are mild and there is still plenty of beautiful sunshine.
I know that in addition to excitement, planning is a huge part of traveling with children. Nothing makes a vacation feel less magical than a member of your family feeling uncomfortable. The current
mask policy for all Walt Disney World Resort Guests does require a facial covering for everyone over the age of two in all indoor locations and on all transportation. At this time there are no updates to a change in this policy. Face coverings do need to fit snuggly over the nose and mouth, and shields are not able to be used in place of a mask.
As your trip gets closer, I would recommend continuously checking the
Walt Disney World website for any changes to current health and safety guidelines. If you would like to reschedule for another time that works best for your family, you can absolutely do so! This can be on the
My Disney Experience website. Simply log in to your account and if you are able to modify the reservation online you will see a link labeled "Modify Reservation". Click this option and the prompts that follow will guide you through the process. If the "Modify Reservation" link is not shown, you may need to speak to a Cast Member to change your package. You can reach a helpful friend at 407-934-7639. Please note that the window to cancel a package is 30 days before arrival.
Corey, if your family does arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth in February I highly recommend checking out the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. This is my favorite festival of the year. Live art demonstrations and amazing concerts are sure to inspire your creative side. I should also mention the food. Festivals at Walt Disney World mean opportunities to try amazing new culinary art at each of the specialty stops throughout EPCOT.
Whenever you decide to visit, I hope your trip is truly magical.
See ya real soon!
Tammy
