We have a vacation planned Dec 15-21. How crowded will the parks be? Should we spend the extra money to go to MVMCP or spend it getting a dinner/seat for the Candlelight processional. We will be traveling 70, 66, 18, 15 and 11 year olds.

    Hi Clarysel!

Early to mid December is actually a nice time to visit crowd-wise.  You may see the crowds pick up as you inch closer to the holidays.

Your question about Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) vs. Candlelight Processional is a tough one.  Both are excellent choices and two very different experiences.  My first thought is the 66/70 year old may enjoy a more relaxing evening with a nice dinner followed by the CP while the kids may enjoy the MVMCP more.  Have you thought about splitting up for the evening?  If this is not an option, you may have to have a family meeting to discuss both options and make a decision.  You may even want to consider doing both.
