We have a vacation planned already have park reservations and our tickets that are booked to our reservation. Have to cancel trip due to COVID. Can we unbook our tickets to apply yo different day

Welcome back to planDisney, Janice! Thanks so much for sending us another question!

I know it must be so disappointing to have to reschedule your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The good news is that you can use your theme park tickets on different dates, pending availability. You can cancel your Disney Park Pass Reservations by logging in to your My Disney Experience account and selecting "My Plans." I would recommend that you first check Theme Park Reservation Availability for your new desired date(s) and theme park(s) as you are determining when you would like to visit.

The magic will be waiting when you can return and The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration continues through this year! I hope you and your family are well and are able to visit us real soon! Please stop by planDisney again if you have any additional questions.

    Warm Wishes,
    Lisa
