Have Vacation paid for. Going in Nov. Would like to add another night and another day of tickets. Used very popular Disney travel agency but agent has ignored emails and phone calls for 2 weeks. Can I call Disney directly to add these? Have confirm #

    Hi Jessica!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!  I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble reaching your agent.  Adding on days to your park tickets is no problem.  You can actually wait until you arrive at Walt Disney World.  You can add on days at Guest Services at any theme park or at your Disney resort hotel.

However, adding on another night could be problematic.  If you have a Disney reservation number, then you can try calling Disney directly.  However, if you don't have an actual Disney reservation number, but instead have a reservation number tied to the travel agency, then you first have to get the real Disney reservation number.  I suggest calling Disney directly with the reservation number you have and seeing where that gets you.

Good luck, and please write back with more questions!
