When will 2020 vacation packages be available online? I’m planning a trip for May 2020 and would like to start booking as soon as possible.

Hi there, Ashley, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Planning a vacation to the Disneyland Resort is always an exciting occasion, and I’m so thrilled to be a part of planning yours!

I recently checked in with a Cast Member, and was informed that 2020 Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages should be available online by the end of August, 2019. I’d recommend checking back in late July to see if there are any updates on more precise timing. Hopefully we’ll have more information for you soon!

In the meantime, you can go ahead and start thinking about where you want to stay, and where you want to dine… two of my favorite parts of a getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth! My family loves staying at the Disneyland Hotel, thanks to the thrilling monorail waterslides… I think my Mouseketeers could ride them all day! Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is another favorite of mine, thanks to the convenient theme-park access to Disney California Adventure Park, and the beauty of the property – both inside and out!

For now, I recommend downloading the Disneyland app, and starting to think about where you’d like to dine. You can start making dining reservations up to 60 days before your vacation. Some of my
family’s favorite table-service restaurants include Blue Bayou Restaurant, Carnation Cafe, Lamplight Lounge, and Wine Country Trattoria

Wishing you a magical vacation-planning process, Ashley!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Greetings from sunny California! I live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder (and now a Magic Key Passholder) for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids ages 5-10, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Learn More About Kristin
