When will 2022 vacation packages be available to book for Disneyland Good Neighbor hotels?

Howdy, Wendy! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

I love that you are planning ahead for your Disneyland Resort adventure! I honestly believe that planning ahead makes for a really smooth and magical vacation. Currently, vacation packages can be booked through the end of 2021. Typically, vacation packages open up for the next year at the end of the current year. So I would check back around October/November to see if 2022 packages are available.

While you wait, you can get a kick start on researching all the different Good Neighbor Hotels. Some important things to consider are walking distance to the parks or if a shuttle is provided, if parking at the hotel is an extra fee (if you'll have a vehicle), and if breakfast is included with your stay. Some Good Neighbor Hotels offer lots of extra amenities so it's important to compare your options.

Another thing you might want to start planning are the different restaurants you would like to dine at. There are lots of options at both parks, the Downtown Disney District, and the Disneyland Resort Hotels to choose from. Some of my favorites include Blue Bayou Restaurant, Lamplight Lounge, and Carthay Circle Restaurant. Dining reservations can be made 60 days in advance online or on the Disneyland app

    Happy planning!
