    I did a vacation package through your website for the end of November. I have not received my tickets or any information about the motor coach we paid for. The only packet I received was a brochure about what to do. When should I worry about tickets?

    If you are nervous about not receiving your tickets and information I would definitely give Guest Relations a quick call to double check everything on your account is in perfect order. As for the motor coach, usually you just need the confirmation number provided at the time of purchase to then give to the company you booked through. There are a few different options for transportation to get to the Disneyland Resort from both LAX and Orange County airport. You can check out the transportation page to narrow down whom to call to check on the status of your booking.
