Hi! In the vacation package it includes your tickets to the parks?

Hi Meghan! That’s a great question! The short answer is, “It depends.”

When you booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you had two options. You could have booked a resort room-only reservation or you could have booked a package including both a resort room and theme park tickets! If you booked the package, you would have been prompted to select the number of theme park ticket days that you wanted to book.

To see what you booked, you should check your e-mail reservation confirmation. You could also check your My Disney Experience account app. When you tap the menu (three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner), you’ll see several tiles appear. Scroll under those tiles to where you see, “Link to Account.” You’ll tap that and then you’ll be prompted to enter your reservation ID number.

If you’ve already linked that information in the app, then you can tap the “Resort Hotel” tile. Tapping this tile will show your Disney Resort Hotel reservation. If you tap the “Tickets and Passes” icon you should see if you purchased tickets with your resort room reservation!
