Hiya Patricia L,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited that you are here today, and I get to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
Patricia L, the great news is that Guests with a Vacation Package can typically make payments on their final balance up to 30 days before they check in, rather than paying a single lump sum. This is typically how I book vacations, so I can spread out my payments and budget for them over time. Let’s first double-check that you can make payments. To do this, log in to your
My Disney Experience account. Once logged in, you should see “Patricia’s Plans and Tickets,” which will let you know you are in the right place. Next, scroll down until you see your reservation details for
Drury Plaza Hotel. You should see an option to make a payment; it will be near your trip confirmation number. Once you click that, you will be redirected to a new screen to make a payment towards your vacation. You can make as little or as much of a payment as you want at a time, as long as the final balance is paid in full by the deadline.
I hope that was helpful, Patricia L! Before I let you go, did you know that you can make payments using
Disney Gift Cards? As a massive Walt Disney World Resort fan, I receive many Disney Gift Cards throughout the year as gifts, which are perfect for making payments. If you have multiple Disney Gift Cards, you can combine them onto one card (up to $1,000 per card) and then use that card to make payments toward your Vacation Package. The best part is that anything left over you can use for dining, snacks, and merchandise at the theme parks! Speaking of dining, if you need any recommendations, please come back and see us. We would love to help you with all aspects of your vacation.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
