Our vacation will be on november, just by the week of thanksgiving. Whats the weather like those days? What should I pack? We always go during summer so I have no idea what is it like

    Hello, Karla Annie!

November is a glorious time to visit Walt Disney World!

According to weather.com, the average high in Orlando during Thanksgiving week is typically 77 as a high and 56 as a low. Of course, these temperatures can vary greatly, so keep an eye on the forecast as it gets closer so that you can pack accordingly.

When we travel to WDW during that time of year, we bring a variety of items and think "layering." Have some shorts for the warmer days, but bring longer pants for the cooler nights and early mornings. Bring a light jacket or sweatshirt (or two) to wear on top of a T-shirt on those days when you'll be out either early morning or after the sun goes down, too. Just in case there is a cold snap, we pack a pair of expandable gloves per person, so that a late park night is still pleasant, even if the temp drops below 50. Don't forget to pack bathing suits, too, since the pools are heated year-round (and, if your resort has a hot tub, you might want to try that as well!) Some closed-toe shoes and socks for cooler hours as well as sandals / flip-flops for warmer hours would be wise as well.

In short, pack versatile items which will partner nicely with others, enabling you to be prepared for warm days and cool nights.

Have a wonderfully magical stay at Walt Disney World during Thanksgiving week! Be sure to send more questions as you think of them; I love to help!
