    I am going on vacation in May and i was wondering if I can pick up packages (internet purchases) at my Disney hotel (Port Orleans Riverside)?

    You can certainly have items shipped to Disney's Port Orleans Riverside:

    1251 Riverside Place
    Orlando, FL 32836

    Because your purchases are being made online, you might need to put these notations in the "special instructions" field most retailers offer, or call and place your order over the telephone.

    On the front of the package, you will need to include several pieces of information:

    Your name
    Your arrival date
    Your confirmation number (optional).

    For example:

    Disney's Port Orleans Resort
    1251 Riverside Pl
    Orlando, FL 32836
    ATTN: Your Name (confirmation number here)
    Arrival date: January 1, 2013
