5N/6D vacation Feb 2013. 2 adults and 3 year old (2nd visit for daughter). She loves Cars and Nemo. Have Deluxe dinning and ADR at Contemp., GF, DD, MK, EP, MGM, etc. Is staying on monorail worth spending more $$? AoA suite too big for us? Need help.

    Hi Krista!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

I think the adults in your party will find being on the monorail more convenient especially if you plan on going back to your room in the middle of the day for a break, nap, swim, etc. The monorail makes getting to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot very easy. It also makes it easy to get to the other Magic Kingdom monorail resorts if you have dining reservations at any of them.

That said, I think your daughter would greatly prefer the Art of Animation Resort. The resort and the rooms are incredibly themed and most young children absolutely love it. The pool doesn't have a water slide like a Disney Deluxe Resort would but most young children don't care about that. The resort doesn't have a Table Service restaurant there but it does have the best food court on property.

It is a hard decision. Good luck and please write back with more questions.
