    I was going on a vacation to Disney and meeting up with my kids they will already be down there where they will stay with us they have annuals can will they be able to stay in the room with me or do they need to be on the reservation?

    I am so glad to hear you are meeting up with your kids at Walt Disney World! What fun family time. With busy schedules, it is a real treat to be together so take lots of pictures and enjoy the vacation. 

    Everyone staying in your Disney Resort hotel room should be added onto your reservation. There are a few reasons why. First, you want to make sure there is sufficient sleeping space for all guests. I'm sure it would not be a lot of fun to have to all pile into one king size bed! Second, you will want everyone staying in your room to have access to open the door. Nobody wants to be locked out!

    Another reason will be using Early Theme Park Entry at parks. Registered guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels can enter the parks 30 minutes prior to opening. Cast Members will check via Magic Bands or Disney MagicMobile Service to make sure all are qualified to utilize this perk. 

    So the bottom line? Add them on! If you go to your My Disney Experience account, adding on guests is quick and easy. Just go under My Plans, you can Modifiy Reservation from there.
