Our vacation is in 32 days, we are staying at the All Sports, we have a 12 and 6 yr old boys. We purchased the 8 day tickets with the Park Hopper. I need to plan 8 days of fun, and have no idea where to begin. What is the busiest? need recomendations?

Hi Kimberly! Wow eight great days of fun at Walt Disney World.....very lucky boys!

I suggest you not do a park on arrival day but instead check-in, unpack, and explore and enjoy your resort and the surrounding area. Take this time to eat at leisure and swim in one of the fun pools.

Plan at least one full day in each park. With the park hopper option you can head to a park early that has the Extra Magic Hours and enjoy the short lines and then leave to go to a park that will be less crowded for the rest of the day. Parks will generally be less crowded from opening to the lunch hour and most crowded from mid day to early evening. Take breaks in mid day to rest, eat at a resort restaurant, shop, or explore Downtown Disney. Then head back to a park for dinner or the special evening fireworks and parades.

I would try to visit the Magic Kingdom for two days or large parts of those days, Animal Kingdom one day, Epcot and Hollywood Studios each one day and then possibly split another day between Epcot and Studios if you find a need to return to either of those parks. Since you will be visiting in the hot summer months I suggest one day at a water park. Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are both great fun and let the boys read about the differences on the website to choose which you will visit.

There is a lot to do at Walt Disney World so don't overlook the recreation opportunities as well as special events such as Pirates and Pals cruises, fireworks cruises, carriage rides, water sea raycers, and much more. Not every minute has to be spent in a park.

If you would like please send me the dates of your vacation and I can plan something more specific with the park hours and events.
