Hello, our vacation is in just 20 days!!! We are so excited. My question is when we reserved our hotel we used an old address. We have now since moved. The trip is all paid for. Will the address be a problem when we check in? Our ids say our new address.

Hi, Kimberly!  Congratulations on your new home!  After all the work of moving, a WDW vacation sounds like a great idea!

To save time at check-in, I would do a few things.  First, go to www.disneyworld.com to "Update Profile" so your account has your new address.  Next, call (407)W-DISNEY and have your confirmation number handy.   A reservationist can get your new address into the system.

Your vacation is getting close!  Once you are 10 days out, remember you can do online check-in so you can get to the magic quicker once you arrive at your resort.  Let the countdown begin!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
