Hello Lee,
Welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question about
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa! When you visit the Carriage House, home to the Front Lobby, you’ll immediately notice the resort’s connection to the late 1800s New York retreat, famous for its spas and horse racing. From the portraits of iconic horses featured in Disney films to the impressive statue of Secretariat just outside the doors, the equestrian theme is woven into every detail. You might even catch the sound of a trumpet fanfare ringing out on the hour as you stroll through the resort, a nod to the rich history of horse racing that defines Saratoga Springs.
When staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, my family loves to embrace the resort’s theme (sometimes a little too enthusiastically) by racing to the theme parks for rope drop. These early mornings can feel ambitious, but Disney has us covered with in-room coffee makers and all the essentials to start the day on the right foot. Whether staying in a Deluxe Studio with a Cuisinart single-serve brewer or in a Villa or Treehouse with a full coffee pot, you’ll have everything you need for that much-needed caffeine boost to kickstart your day! Unfortunately, as this resort doesn't supply Keurig machines in the rooms, Housekeeping is unable to provide them upon request.
If instead, you'd prefer picking up a coffee to go, head to
The Artist's Palette located in the Carriage House. You'll find freshly brewed coffee as well as a selection of specialty coffee options to choose from. While you're there, I also recommend checking out the pastries; you might spot a delicious Mickey Cinnamon roll!
I hope this information is helpful to your vacation planning, Lee. Enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season!
Enjoy making magical memories,
Candace
