My vacation was canceled. How do I rebook dates?

Hey there Jeni, welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you’ve stopped by with a question for us. As many others have experienced recently during these unprecedented times, I see that you had a recent Walt Disney World vacation canceled. Luckily, you are in good company! Now that it is possible once again to return to the magic, I am glad to hear that you are ready to book your next Disney vacation!

Re-booking is currently possible for vacations with start dates through the end of 2022. There are several ways to book, including right online via your My Disney Experience account, via telephone with a Cast Member in Disney Reservations, or even with a certified Disney travel planner! Jeni, have you had a chance to learn about the changes and new policies in place since the Disney Parks phased reopening? These are outlined on the Experience Updates pages and are definitely worth a browse! One major change you will notice is that each Guest will need a Disney Park Pass Reservation for each day they wish to visit the Disney Parks, in addition to their valid Theme Park Ticket.

I wish you the best of luck with planning this next adventure and hope that this one goes off without a hitch! Please know that we are here for you and happy to help with your planning and dreaming every step of the way.

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Clara
