Hi, we have a vacation booked for Wilderness, we have booked woods view/bunk rooms. One of our boys is autistic and we were hoping for a quiet room with a view, he's fully mobile so walking from lift etc no issue. What room number do you advise? Thanks

Hello Sarah and thank you for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
You've made the perfect choice by opting to stay at the glorious Disney's Wilderness Lodge with it's amazingly themed lobby and close proximity to the Magic Kingdom Park; I just know you're going to love it!
I recommend speaking with a Cast Member at the front desk of Disney's Wilderness Lodge on 407 824 3200 one week before you are due to check-in to discuss your dear son's needs and put in a room request.
As a starting point I believe that the 5th floor in Building 1 has rooms fitting your description.  Please be aware that not all requests can be met but will most certainly be accommodated if at all possible.
It goes without saying that Walt Disney World Resort is a busy place, but it's more than possible to find peace and quiet in many tucked away spots including inside the Resort rooms.  You may also find it useful to read Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities.
If I can help further plan your upcoming holiday to Walt Disney World Resort please come back and ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
