    Have a vacation booked from 9/26-10/2.. Staying at the contemporary.. Club level.. When I booked back in June or July I was told a concierge would contact me to help me book our dinner reservations and assist in planning..haven't heard from anyone. Help!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congratulations on booking a beautiful Club Level Room at Disney's Contemporary Resort. You are going to love it!

    I apologize that you have not heard from anyone yet, however it is very likely that they will not contact you until around the 180-day mark - when dining reservations become available for your reservation. If you would like to contact them before then, feel free to email them. In the mean time, if there is anything else I am able to assist you with as you begin planning your magical adventure, please send me another question.
