“BOO! to you”, Paula! You’ll get to know that phrase well when you attend
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! You are doing some great planning! The types of questions you are asking are going to have you well prepared for when party tickets are released!
Let’s start with your first question. Yes! Tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on Halloween Night traditionally sell out on the first day of ticket sales. Typically the first night of the party (usually held in August), Halloween Night, and the dates closest to Halloween tend to sell out very fast.
Regarding your second question, that’s also a “yes.” The Walt Disney World Resort will announce the date for ticket sales in advance. Paula, here is a PRO TIP for you…In recent years, tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party) have gone on sale a few days early for Guests who already have a vacation package booked at the Walt Disney World Resort (and are staying at a hotel in the
Disney Resorts Collection of hotels). That will give you a good advantage to scoring tickets for the event! Tickets go on sale to the general public a few days later.
The best two places to keep an eye on for news about ticket sales are the
Walt Disney World Resort website and the
Disney Parks Blog. Both of these are the best sources for news coming out of the Most Magical Place on Earth! Of course, you are also welcome to check back with planDisney!
Happy Planning, and, Happy Halloween!
