    Our vacation is booked for the first week in March but wondering when the winter special offers will be out? That will determine if we will definitely be going hoping for free dining plan. Thanks!

    Hi Susan!
    Unless you have a Disney Secret Special Decoder Ring, it is difficult to predict when, or even if, there will be any promotional deals this March, let alone the Free Dining special.
    The point is, Disney careful weighs the use of such promotions and releases new deals based on resort occupancy, time of year, the economy, etc. So, lots of factors go into deciding what the next promotion will be. And past ones do not guarantee future ones of the same caliber.
    With all of that said, if Disney was going to release a March promotion, you can bet it will be soon, as many guests book at least 6 months out for their trips.
