Hi Vanessa, welcome to planDisney!
I'm sorry to hear about the Stitch-uation that's come up in planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I know you're anxious to get those reservations, so let's see if we can do some troubleshooting.
I understand your vacation begins on January 10. It sounds like you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and that your reservation is
linked to your My Disney Experience account. Well done! If that's the case, you should be able to check availability for
dining and select
Enchanting Extras Collection experiences online for your entire length of stay (up to 10 days) because we are within 60 days of your check-in day. My first tip is to make sure you're logged into your
My Disney Experience account before booking reservations - I often have to log in multiple times on my Disney dining day. When you try to book a reservation, do all dates for your vacation appear in blue, meaning they are able to be selected? If so, that means everything's working. If not, my best tip is to call a helpful Cast Member at the
My Disney Experience number, (407) 939-4357. Those Cast Members have the right kind of pixie dust needed to remedy the Stitch-uation.
When it comes to popular dining locations, there's also a chance availability for select restaurants and experiences is already full. In your
My Disney Experience mobile app, you can view all availability for a certain date by clicking the "+" sign on the bottom of the app's home page and then "Check Dining Availability." That's another way to see if the problem is technical or related to reservation availability. No one goes hungry at Disney and I can promise you there's still time to snag some magical reservations. In fact, you can even search by the time "Now" and will be surprised by how much day-of availability you find.
Sending warm hugs and happy thoughts your way, Vanessa. Please don't hesitate to
reach out with any other trip-planning questions.
Plan magic; planDisney.
