    Our vacation begins in 10 days and we have not received the magic bands for our family (son and I have active ones from our April trip). The site says they are being personalized. When will they ship? Should I call?

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I'm sorry that you're having issues with receiving your MagicBands. You definitely should have them by now with your trip this close. I do recommend calling a Walt Disney World Reservation Specialist to see if they can find out the status of your bands. If they haven't already shipped, they will probably be waiting for you when you check in your resort. You can call 407-939-4357 to get more information. Here is a link to the Walt Disney World Phone Directory for your convenience.

    I experienced the all new Toy Story Land last night for the first time and fell in love! Be sure to check it out at Disney's Hollywood Studios when you're here.
