Our vacation is already paid for and we may have to cancel due to an elderly family member being sick. How much notice is needed to cancel and get full refund.

    Hi Artie,

I am sorry you have found yourself in this situation. I hope all is better now and you are packing for your vacation!

If not, there are different cancellation rules depending on what type of room or package you have booked. I believe the best thing for you to do at this point is call 407-WDISNEY and speak to a representative.

    Sending you good thoughts,
    Amy H.
