To utilize our dining plan the three of us need to pay for two or three breakfasts during our 11 day stay. Where is a decent inexpensive place or two to have breakfast? We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside. I`m hoping for something fast and filling.-$

    Hello, Keith!

My family's favorite spot for breakfast is Wolfgang Puck Express-Marketplace!  (It's a Quick-Service restaurant; however, the quality and quantity of the food there feels more like Table-Service!)  If you're planning on spending any time at Downtown Disney, head to Wolfgang Puck Express-Marketplace for breakfast first.  Favorites include the enormous and delicious Smoked Bacon Pizza (around $9) and the Crispy Cornflake French Toast  (around $9) We literally feel incomplete if we don't get to have at least one meal at this great Quick-Service restaurant during each trip.  (Place your order and sit down; the waitstaff will deliver it once it's freshly prepared for you. While it will be quick, it isn't a grab-n-go.)

Some quick, nice options at Magic Kingdom Park are at Main Street Bakery, which offers delicious pastries ($3-$6), specialty coffees and even egg, ham and cheese croissants (about $6).  Disney's Hollywood Studio's Starring Rolls Cafe is a great place for pastries, too, as is Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery in Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Prices are approximate at the time of this writing, and were quoted with the assistance of one of my favorite non-Disney websites:  allears.net. This is a not a Disney website, but you'll get a great understanding of menu options and approximate pricing, which is exactly the type of information you need to make the most of your Disney Dining Plan. Don't forget to check that site, too, for a listing of the types of breakfasts you'll be able to pick up right at your resort, at Riverside Mill Food Court.

If I were to choose one location, for breakfast based on value, food choices and quality as well as service, it would be (and always is!) Wolfgang Puck Express Cafe-Marketplace. Ask anyone who has traveled with us to WDW and they'll agree. You won't be let down.

Please send any additional questions you may have as you plan your trip! I'd love to help!
